Drukarnia is a combination of bakery, café and bistro. In addition to having its own bakery, Drukarnia offers breakfasts, which are served from 7:00 AM on weekdays. Lunch is served from 1:00 PM, and patrons can expect different dishes every day. Although the restaurant offers European cuisine, its primary focus is on the latest culinary trends. As the name suggests, wine enthusiasts will be able to enjoy a wide range of the finest wines, combined with delicious soups, salads, fish, steaks, burgers or so-called one-pot dishes, which are always accompanied by freshly baked bread.
The restaurant has a bakery where the patrons can watch the baking of French bread, baguettes and ciabattas. The dough is naturally-leavened with wild yeast. The restaurant does not use pre-made dough. Our baked products are incorporated into our menu, also as side dishes to go with the wines, e.g. bread with fine olives, bruschetta or a roast beef sandwich and, naturally, burgers.
