An important part of the design of the restaurants are the shelves laden with the many recognizable products of Mediterranean cuisine. However, they are not just for decoration. You can do some shopping and buy imported Italian olive oils, pasta, coffee or sweets. You can also find French cheeses or aged beef.
The shop is just one of the surprises waiting for the patrons of Pracownia Bistro. The restaurant also boasts an open kitchen, which is open not only because you can see the chef at work but also because it is open to propositions for meals made using your favorite ingredients. The chef will gladly prepare dishes that are not on the menu. Naturally, the restaurant also has its regular menu, which is changed twice a year and which is dominated by pasta – with ten different types available – and seafood – the hallmark of Pracownia Bistro, well known even outside OFF Piotrkowska Center.
