The ceilings of the Ramisch factory, which are over one hundred years old, have been put on display, balanced by the dynamics of the lighting. All items are custom-made, starting from the counter, cabinetry, lamps, chairs and tables and ending with details such as the plates with the logo. The shelving system at the entrance, which is simultaneously the display unit of the store, was inspired by the Danish design of Poul Cadovius. The floor is covered with Spanish tiles reminiscent of azulejos. In the summer, patrons will be able to listen to live music and enjoy the outdoor seats at the back of the restaurant.
A unique offering of breakfasts you can compose yourself by choosing from the wide range of tapas. For starters, you are recommended, for instance, to try the sardines with almond crust and panko or shrimps in butter and wine sauce. The main dishes include, in particular, Andalusian paella prepared from seafood with a touch of saffron and turmeric, served on a pan for two people. You can also order estofado de frijoles, i.e. the Spanish stew made from black beans, zucchini and olives as well as a wide range of brioches, e.g. with goat's cheese and pear. To conclude your Spanish feast, you can also try some sweet churros.
