The first culinary studio in Łódź. Book&Cook organizes integration courses for businesses in the form of common cooking, demonstrations of the culinary art with food tasting during business meetings and commercial events or events for special occasions for corporate and individual clients.
The studio gathers well known personalities from the cooking world – cooks, chefs and culinary bloggers. Those cooking at Book&Cook have included Michel Moran, chef and juror on the MasterChef show on TVN, and Marta Dymek – author of the most popular vegan blog: Jadłonomia. Permanent collaborators of the studio include the following cooks and bloggers from Łódź: Magda Klimczak, author of the Daretocook blog, Marta Edmunds, participant in the 3rd edition of the TOP CHEF show, Szymon Stach, winner of the prestigious “Great Chef of Tomorrow” award granted each year by the Gault&Millau culinary guide, Paweł Pyra, chef at the Quale restaurant, Bartek Snecz Dębski, enthusiast of Asian cuisine, originator of the SPOKO SZAMA street food project and Snecz Gotuje initiative, and Bartek Pagacz, chef at the Fatamorgana restaurant.
Book&Cook is distinguished by its versatile, modern space with a post-industrial feel. The raw interiors, created with wood and bricks, can be arranged in hundreds of ways. The large, open space, with a size of 220 m2, can be used for meetings of various-sized groups: from over a dozen to approximately 70 people in the theatre configuration and up to 80 people sitting at the tables. The studio has all the necessary equipment and high-class kitchen appliances. Every event is accompanied by customized catering. Book&Cook is a unique place for private events – weddings, baptism parties, birthdays, bachelorette parties, etc.
