Good Morning Vietnam is a Vietnamese bar with a touch of Chinese and Thai cuisine. The bistro was opened in 2006, and it has made its mark on the culinary map of the city. It now has a countless number of loyal customers who visit this Asian bar also out of sentiment to their youthful years spent in Łódź. The place was created by a Polish-Vietnamese couple who have already raised a new generation of successors – born and bred for the kitchen. The bar remains true to the oriental traditions of the former China Town, albeit in a new, OFF-style version.
Ever since its creation, the bistro employs the same cooks to make sure that the quality and taste of its food remains the same. The most popular dishes in Łódź, and also on the streets of Vietnam, include the Pho Ga or Pho Bo soups, which is frequently eaten by Vietnamese people for breakfast. Other, equally popular products include spring rolls, known as nem, served with Vietnamese green tea during lunchtime, which can also be bought at the OFF bar. The menu of Good Morning Vietnam also includes a wide range of pork, chicken, fish, seafood or vegetarian dishes.
