Doki [The Docks] is the city’s port for the unloading of tastes, emotions and experiences. It is a place for the “urban surfers” and gallants, for gentlemen, punks and divas.
Ocean containers, a sea of fine liquors, open kitchen, strong coffee and music played from vinyl records. All this is combined with two summer terraces, cultural events and great staff. This is where everything happens, at various times of the day and night. It is wild but also very refined because it's a place open to everyone and to every taste. A site for gentlemen, punks and divas, inspired by the gastro concepts from Berlin, London, Tel-Aviv and Sydney.
On the menu, patrons will find: aged beef, burgers, seafood, sandwiches and desserts. Seasonal specials will also certainly make their appearance. The Doki bar, in turn, offers a refined range of original cocktails, craft beers from the Ziemia Obiecana brewery, original Irish Guinness from keg and coffee from affiliated roasters in Łódź. Steaks are made from unique, aged beef with the QMP quality mark (Always Good Beef). The menu varies depending on the season and availability of ingredients. Sample dishes include: moules, smoked salmon tartare, roast chicken sandwich, seafood soup, home-made cheeses, New York steak, chocolate fondant and nutritious cocktails made of seasonal fruit and vegetables.
