Sepia is a revitalised, five-storey office building with retail function on the ground floor, set in the former warehouse and treasury of Franciszek Ramisch’s old cotton factory.
A meticulous renovation of the building allowed us to preserve its original atmosphere, invoked by the characteristic red brick facades, cast-iron railings and columns, as well as exposed, wooden ceiling beams and historical window framing.
Today we know that going the extra mile was worth it, as Sepia won the prestigious title of “Pearl of Łódź”. This title was awarded by the enthusiasts of well-executed development projects of historic properties.
You don’t have to choose between unique ambiance and comfort. Inside you will find a captivating reception lobby, a fast lift, 24/7 monitoring and a number of modern infrastructure solutions.
All offices are equipped with full ventilation systems, energy-efficient LED lighting and BMS (Building Monitoring System). The option to install an air conditioning system is also available.
No load-bearing walls inside the office spaces and a shared kitchenette in common areas on each floor are some of the practical solutions that you will certainly appreciate as well!
